Project description
The action aims to improve regional cooperation and governance for sustainable development in Central Asia, as well as the coordination among Team Europe Initiative (TEI) members and render expert and policy advise to regional actors. The TEI is a flagship effort within the EU Global Gateway framework, showcasing the European Union's commitment to addressing critical challenges in the region. GIZ is the implementing agency for the “EU4SustainableCentralAsia” action and serves as the technical TEI Secretariat. The Secretariat supports the EU Delegations, Team Europe members and Central Asian partners to strengthen coordination and cooperation on water, energy and climate related issues.
